1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Oreton Growth's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Oreton Growth provides growth marketing services including but not limited to demand generation, CRM & lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, design & creatives, and data & analytics. Our services are tailored to American startups seeking LATAM talent for growth initiatives.

3. Service Agreements

Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for our services will be outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work. These documents will take precedence over these general terms for the specific engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their business, goals, and requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals on deliverables
• Payment of fees as agreed in service agreements
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the work product created specifically for them. Oreton Growth retains the right to use general methodologies, processes, and tools developed. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oreton Growth's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Results may vary based on market conditions, client execution, and other factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
